One of the delights used to be the couple Howard and Hilda with there matching woolen garments - I was reminded of this hen I was pottering around in Bermondsey the other day.
I noticed real life examples of how couples mirror one another all around me - sometimes more obviously than others - it's of course not just the garments but attitude and behaviour.
