It's not only digging and weeding on an allotment - there's the business of looking after sheds and the like, after 5 or so years the roofing felt that's exposed to rain, wind and sun is not looking so good and today's project has been to add a further layer.

It's nice to have some company and a Robin came and perched on my trusty garden fork.

Hopefully the shed'll continue for a few more years but I'll need to put some more wood protector on and fill some holes too before the autumn and winter onslaughts.
